2. Data we process

We may process technical data such as IP address, user agent, request time, language, page URL, security events and approximate country.

For AML requests we process the submitted wallet address or transaction hash, the detected network, check result, check ID and technical risk signals.

3. Purposes and legal basis

Data is used to load the site, remember language and consent choices, protect the service, rate-limit abuse, complete AML checks, prepare reports and improve the product when analytics consent is given.

4. Services and transfers

CryptoStudy may use Cloudflare for hosting, Workers, KV/D1, security and Turnstile; Google Analytics only after consent; blockchain data sources and an AML/KYT endpoint when connected. Exchange and Telegram links lead to external services with their own rules.

5. Retention and rights

Technical logs and rate-limiting data are kept only as needed for security and diagnostics. AML results may be kept while needed for result display, report download and abuse prevention.

Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, consent withdrawal and a complaint to a supervisory authority.

6. Security

We use HTTPS, Cloudflare Turnstile on the AML page, rate limiting and data minimization. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
